Data Collection Application (DCA)

Data Collection Application is a software package for real-time data collection. DCA performs the following task:

Collects data from various sources;
Unifies data format;
Processes collected data (detecting errors, gathering statistics, etc.);
Converts data into various formats for data receivers;
Distributes data for data receivers.

DCA comes with a Graphical User Interface (GUI) that can run both locally on a factory floor and remotely in control rooms or maintenance offices. GUI allows user to monitor system status, view statistical data and modify system configuration parameters online.

DCA features a 100% Object Oriented Design. This gives us an advantage of reusability and extendibility compared to other packages in the market.

DCA can be used in variety of applications from financial data gathering and processing to electrical device status monitoring and analysis, telecommunications, billing systems, etc.
